About the Journal

The Educação Sem Distância Journal (RESD), linked to Faculdade Unyleya, aims to disseminate research, innovations, experience reports, pedagogical practices, and extension projects that engage with Distance Education (EaD). The journal welcomes contributions from faculty, students, and researchers of the institution itself, as well as from other higher education institutions, encouraging scientific production and the exchange of knowledge in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The Electronic Journal of Faculdade Unyleya - Educação Sem Distância was created as a result of the development of the Institutional Pedagogical Project of Faculdade Unyleya, reflecting its commitment to higher education in a digital world. The publication of its first edition in 2020 marked a milestone in the institution's history, demonstrating its dedication to valuing teaching practices and student knowledge, aligned with the demands of the communities it serves. The Journal has established itself as an important platform for disseminating knowledge and experiences, as well as enabling the circulation of academic work results, essential for making scientific knowledge visible and accessible.

In addition to promoting faculty research, the Educação Sem Distância Journal aims to highlight scientific articles produced by students, resulting from projects developed in scientific initiation and final course projects. The Journal also seeks to foster the dissemination of articles by external researchers, contributing to the development of teaching, research, and extension in various fields of knowledge.

With a multidisciplinary approach, the Journal aims to broaden knowledge and understanding, serving as a valuable resource for teachers, students, staff, and the general public. Although only one edition was published this year, it reflects Faculdade Unyleya’s ongoing commitment to editorial quality and continuous updates, reinforcing the Journal's position as a reference in its field of expertise.

In this special edition, we present a retrospective of selected works from the year 2024 that deserve to be known by our academic community and by all those interested in learning about what has been produced in the field of distance education.
